Before you ship

• Is your UM200 less than 12 months old? It may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please call us first so we can arrange the correct warranty procedure and save you any unnecessary costs.

UM200 Loan Terms and Conditions

If you opt to receive a loan microphone while your unit is being serviced, you agree to the following terms:

• Liability: You assume full responsibility for the loan microphone while it is in your care. If the unit is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be liable for the repair costs or the full replacement price of a new Sewerin UM200.
• Packaging: You must retain the original shipping box and protective materials used to send the loan unit to you.
• Return Timeline: Once your repaired UM200 arrives, you agree to safely pack the loan microphone in its original packaging, attach the provided return shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location within two (2) business days.

How to send your UM200

1. Pack it safely. Use a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of padding so the mic cannot move in transit.
2. Measure and email the parcel details. Send us the length × width × height (cm) and weight (kg) of the packed box.
3. Receive your prepaid label. We will book the courier and email you the label.
4. Hand it to Australia Post, and you are done!

Turn‑around time

Allow up to 3 weeks total from the day you ship the mic to the day it arrives back on your desk (Although turnaround is usually much faster, 3 weeks is the time we recommend accounting for).
