2025 ULTIMATE LEAK DETECTION BUNDLE -
If your AWR200 regulator sounds like it's leaking air, don't worry. It's normal for air to leak out of spindle when you change pressure as the air vents out through the handle.
However, It's not uncommon for regulator diaphragms to eventually wear out. So, if your regulator does not stop leaking through the handle, it may be time to buy a repair kit to fix this issue easily. This repair kit is a simple do it yourself kit that allows you to replace your worn out regulator internals with a brand new set.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply remove the silver lock nut that locks your regulator in place. Then, using a rubber filer remover wrench on the regulator thread, remove the body by turning it anti clockwise. Then replace the old internals with your new purchased kit. It's that easy. Just remember not to use metal tools on the thread when undoing the body so that you do not damage the locking nut thread. (Do not unscrew the regulator using the spindle handle)
